It all starts with a chat to make sure we are the right fit. I want to find out about YOU, your goals, current behaviours, what's stopped you from getting to where you want to be so your plan is 100% tailored to your needs.
I make a game plan for you to ensure we meet you where you are at and put the steps in place to get you to where you want to be. Essentially, we're laying out a step by step for your training and nutrition.
Where the work begins, we start by laying the key foundations. Perfecting your form, implementing progressive overload effectively, setting strength goals and addressing and improving your nutritional behaviours.
We use what we've learnt and ramp it up. We're pushing our training intensity up, nailing some big strength goals and starting to see the hard work pay off.
