You might be wondering if I am the right coach for you so I thought i'd tell you a bit about myself.
My fitness journey started back when I was a teenager, like a lot of women I was exercising to simply make myself smaller, pre social media it really wasn't a thing for women to train for strength or muscle mass and I fully fell into the trap of constantly trying to lose weight.
I spent about 6-7 years going to the gym without seeing any real progress. The first 2-3 years I did nothing but cardio, the following 2-3 years were wasted by not following any real plan, just doing what I felt like doing and not pushing myself to make progress.
Eventually I got to the point where I was fed up and frustrated with not knowing what to do and decided to take it into my own hands and learn.
Over time I developed a real love for weight training and how it made me feel physically and mentally, I set new goals to build muscle and lift some heavy AF weights. As a result, I saw the changes I'd been chasing when I was spending an hour on the cross trainer.
In 2020 I decided to pursue this as a full time career training people both in person and online and I LOVE IT!
Outside of the gym I love to get out hiking, trying new activities and travel as much as possible.
My aim is to educate women on how to train effectively, learn to love lifting and move away from the idea that exercise is solely for fat loss (it's for so much more, fat loss comes from your nutrition!).
