I always start with a consultation call as I want to get to know you!
We deep dive your goals, what you have done before, what the barriers were and establish what needs to be done next.
I also want to get to know you your likes and dislikes and what you value as a person. A successful long term programme needs to suit you and your lifestyle.
This will then shape my plan for you.

This is where i take away what i have learnt and create a strategic plan based on you, your goals and preferences. This is what i call the roadmap.
1. I map out your training phases designed to move you from A to B - Want to build muscle? Get your first pull up? Grow your lower body? Deadlift 100kgs? We will get you there!
2. We lay out a nutritional plan - we will establish when we lose body fat vs build muscle and the methods we use.
3. We decide on how we will track your progress based on what matters most to you.
Expect a detailed video breaking down your plan so you know what we are doing and why we are doing it.

Each week you will complete a check in form to reflect on your week.
I use this alongside your training and nutritional data to provide feedback, together we will:
1. Celebrate what is working well
2. Establish and discuss areas that you are finding challenging and learn from them
3. Lay out key area's to progress in the following week
You will receive my response via video feedback, giving clear steps for the week ahead.
Outside of this communication is fully open and we chat throughout the weeks for additional support and form feedback.
I walk you through this process and support you along the way.

My coaching is delivered on my Build With Eva app which you will be granted access to when you sign up.
This is where you will receive and track your workouts, nutrition and data metrics.
