Build with Eva is suitable for beginner, intermediate and advanced lifters who are looking to build both strength and muscle. Everyone starts from phase 1 to build solid foundations and there are regressions and progressions throughout every phase so you can tailor the programme to your ability.
This is a gym based programme. We do utilise machines however there are alternatives for every machine based exercise if your gym doesn't have one.
The equipment you will absolutely need: A barbell, some form of squat rack, a bench, a wide selection of dumbbells and ideally a cable stack (but we can work around this with bands if not).
Build With Eva is an app based programme, upon signing up you will receive an email prompting you to download the app.
When you sign up, you will receive the welcome pack, training fundamentals guide and nutrition manual to begin working through. Your training plan will begin the following Monday to align with your week. This will run for 6 weeks before moving onto the next phase.
The app is £24.99 monthly. You can absolutely join if you are not in the UK! This is a worldwide programme and the cost will be based on the conversion rate on the date of payment monthly.
Yes. Your lifting should be the same whether you are cutting maintaining or building. We are always lifting for strength and muscle mass. Your nutrition and daily activity levels will dictate if you lose body fat and that is exactly what the manual will teach you to do.
